2. Mobile Communications & SMS Policy (A2P 10DLC)
When you submit your phone number to book a strategy call or watch our 5-minute system teardown, you explicitly consent to receive transactional notifications, call confirmations, and system updates from Black Bull Systems.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe instantly at any time.
• Help: Reply HELP for system support.
• Frequency: Messages are strictly event-driven (e.g., booking confirmation, appointment reminders).
• Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier.
• No Marketing Sale: Mobile opt-in data is never sold or transferred to external third parties for marketing.
3. How We Use and Share Information
We process personal information only for legitimate business purposes: delivering and building websites, verifying Google Business Profiles, configuring phone routing, and screening negative customer reviews. We share data only with trusted service providers operating under written contracts (CRM infrastructure, telephony carriers, Stripe for payments, and Google APIs for profile sync).
4. Call Recording & Consent
Strategy calls, onboarding sessions, and technical support interactions may be recorded for training and quality control. Participants receive explicit verbal or digital notice upon connecting. Continuing the call constitutes informed consent.
